We are using Pos Malaysia (Domestik/ Pos Laju) as our default courier service. Your order will be courier out on the SAME DAY / NEXT DAY after receiving cleared payment. The transit times will take approximately 2 - 3 days tto reached your door.

However, PilihanIbu will not responsible on any delayed arrival, loss or damaged item as it is out of our control. Shall you want to get better protection, you may query for an insurance on the item, which the cost will be borne by you.

PilihanIbu will accepted return IF and ONLY:

    * You received wrong items of what you have ordered through our online store.
    * You received a factory defected item.

Condition:

    * Sealed in original package, box, plastic, etc.
    * With tag.
    * No defected.
